I just had to write and tell you how thrilled I am with the way my feet feel. I had cryo done on my right heel at the beginning of June and on the left heel two weeks later. I must say, with the right foot, the pain decreased 80% within a day of having the procedure. I couldn't believe how good my foot felt. Then, when I had the left foot done, the pain was gone immediately and it never did hurt again. I just had to let you know how much walking I can do without pain. It has been 6 weeks since the second procedure and I am walking an hour a day for exercise. I also continue to stand at work as a cashier and I have no pain. When I get up in the morning, I still wait a second before I start walking out of habit. There is no pain. I have told everyone I know about this amazing procedure. Thanks Dr. Rampertab. You've given me my life back.

Now it's been 5 months. I'm working 10 hour days, 6 days a week and still painfree. Due to the long hours at work, I am not walking as much, but still at least an hour, at least 4 days a week. I have had none of the original pain. My feet may feel fatigued by the end of my work week, but not any different from the rest of my body. I would say the procedures on both feet were a smashing success. I am forever grateful for your care and expertise. You and Donna were wonderful. I'll keep sending you plantar fascitis and neuroma patients. Keep up the good work.

It's been 2 weeks since my cryosurgery and I just wanted to report that so far so good. I can still feel a slight discomfort at times on my left heel but very little pain. I am not sure exactly how the healing is supposed to progress. I am still trying to limit the amount of time I am actively on my feet. Though I still have my nursery to keep up, I try to limit my time to around 4 hours daily. I will probably feel more comfortable being on my feet for an extended time when I receive my orthotics. At what point in time would it be okay to ride my bike for exercise? Should I continue stretching exercises? Also, are there any other precautions I should be taking at this time? Hope all is going well with you and Donna. Have a great day and I will report back in approximately two more weeks.
